Not enough stars! We hired La Cosa Cibo for my sister’s 50th anniversary on Satellite Beach! What impressed me the most of Cosa Cibo? Is the fact that he asked about the guests of honor and their likes and dislikes. Wow did he delivered! Very accommodating and tailored the menu with a creative flair to fit the occasion. We are still receiving Cudos on the food from our guests. Scott demonstrated dedication to our event by standing by and plating our guests until the the doors closed. Scott recently catered my daughter's wedding at Front St. in Melbourne. A month or so prior, he made her a tasting menu at our house so she could choose the menu, awesome! Great food, very professional and just a nice guy! I highly recommend the Culinary Gangster!
